This year’s Salutatorian, Jennifer, is a computer science major with a minor in applied math and economics. Georgia Essig (CC’20), a computer science major with a concentration in Russian language and culture, has been named valedictorian, the top academic honor for the Columbia College Class of 2020.
As valedictorian of the Class of 2019, Alexandre Lamy will receive Columbia Engineering’s highest academic honor. Lamy will also be awarded the School’s Illig Medal and speak at Engineering Class Day on May 20.
