Prof. Yechiam Yemini and Prof. Henning Schulzrinne were honored with the lifetime entrepreneurial and innovation awards, respectively, during the Center for Advanced Technology in Telecommunications and Distributed Information Systems’ 25th anniversary celebration on November 9.

Prof. Dana Pe’er is among 29 researchers selected from more than 2,100 applicants to receive the 2007 National Institutes of Health (NIH) Director’s New Innovators Awards. The awards recognize the promising work of scientists who are in the early years of their career and who have not previously received an NIH regular research, or R01, grant.
