What Is An Emergency?
If one of the problems below arise please call Rob Lane (Director) at 212-853-8402.
- Departmental file servers are down
- Web servers are down
- Computer room is flooded
- Power outage in the machine room
- Air conditioning break-down in the machine room
If the problem affects you only:
PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR DIRECTOR!!!
You must send mail to the CRF ticket queue (crf@cs.columbia.edu), or call the CRF Hotline at 212-853-8426. Our working hours are 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
