09/27: What to submit every week for homework?

-          You are required to submit summary of the papers that are listed under Presentation Paper category.

-          You have one week from the day the paper is presented in the class. Submit your summary via email (sambits@cs.columbia.edu) with Subject: Summary <Paper Title>

         

          What is the summary format?

-          Summary is free format. However I am expecting that in your summary you would be addressing among other issues the following points:

1.      What is the main problem the paper addressing?

2.      What is the key contribution or solution?

3.      Why is it novel given the previous work in this are?

4.      What is the key take away message of the paper?

5.      Is there any possible enhancement or additional research?
