My office is in the Interchurch building. The entrance is on Claremont (between Broadway and Riverside), just South of 120th Street, on the West side of the street. It is a large building made of light-colored stone. You need to say you are going to Columbia, Room 850, and show an ID, then they give you a badge. If you are having trouble, my new office phone is 212 870 1282.
If you are coming by subway (metro, underground), take line 1 (the local red line, West Side IRT) to 116th Street, then walk on 116th Street away from campus towards Riverside Park and the Hudson (West), and turn right (North) into Claremont (your first right). The Interchurch Building is on the left (West side of street) just before 120th Street
In the pciture below as it initially comes up, Interchurch is the building on the left. The default view is from the middle of Claremont in front of the building looking North. If you swivel the view leftward, you see a bike rider and in front of it a black car. The entrance is between them.
