Cancellation Policy

A refund minus a 10% handling fee will be given to registrants who are unable to attend the conference due to medical emergency. A substitute participant will be accepted at any time with written notification.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide to us during registration, including your name, address, telephone number and email address, will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities. Your name and institution as specified on your registration form will be used for your conference badge.
