SIP FAQ : SIP Protocol Operation : What's the difference between loose and strict source routing?
	Both loose and strict routing use the Route header. Strict routing (with more than zero intermediaries) attempts to carry information about the request target and the next hop to be reached in the Request-URI. Loose routing leaves the request target in the Request-URI and the next hop in the Route header. Loose routing is identified by a ;lr parameter in the Route URI.
