Locate salient concepts using the ontology, from the footnote text or headings of tables.
Locate the relevant part of the footnote.
Changes (or potential changes) to a concept’s definitions will be highlighted
Eventually, processing of footnotes will lead to dynamic expansion of the ontology with new, short-lived concepts
