User Interface
Purpose: Provide easy-to-use interface that supports information gathering behavior of both novices and experts.
Group name: Interface Group (at Columbia).
Approaches:
- Level 1: ontology browsing and query creation.
- Level 2: cascaded menus, driven by ontology.
- Level 3: natural language query input and analysis.
Current status: Level 2 being built.
