The Cryptography Lab at Columbia University is a research group in the Department of Computer Science which develops sound mathematical foundations for applications requiring security. The lab is comprised of an intersection of members from the Systems Security Center and the Theory of Computation group. Our interests cover a broad variety of topics, including secure computation, cryptographic complexity, strong public key encryption, private data mining, anonymity, security against hardware attacks, and connections to learning theory.
