Go to https:\/\/console.cloud.google.com\n2.  <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Log in with your <strong>lionmail<\/strong> account\n<\/span>3.  Accept the terms of service again \u00af\\_(\u30c4)_\/\u00af\n4.  Create a project for each class that uses GCP\n5.  Go to https:\/\/console.cloud.google.com\/education\n6.  <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Make sure you are logged in with your <strong>lionmail<\/strong> account<\/span>\n7.  Enter the code provided by your class\n8.  Repeat steps 5-7 for each class code\n9. Go back to the cloud console (console.cloud.google.com)\n11. Under <strong>Billing<\/strong>, associate each class project with the matching class billing account<\/pre>\n<h3>Projects<\/h3>\n<p>Projects are the basic unit of organization for Google Cloud Platform. Every student using <b>your lionmail<\/b>\u00a0account will need to create a separate project for each class that makes use of GCP.\u00a0 Each project is associated with a <em>billing account<\/em> that is created when a class credit code is redeemed.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Important (2\/13\/26)<\/span><\/strong> &#8212; In order to have external IP access from the internet, you will have to setup a Cloud NAT configuration for your project under columbia.edu organization. Please follow the instructions below, read them and understand them first, then take action so you won&#8217;t make mistakes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1jJPoy_MO1OFkUMXKtOv9xnNmKpwull-BppB5X6mVbeU\/edit?usp=drive_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cloud NAT Configuration Instructions<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Redeeming credit codes<\/h3>\n<p>Credit is distributed on a class by class basis.
