CS Account<\/h3>\n

Using MICE<\/h4>\n

Log into MICE using your UNI and UNI-PASSWORD. Once you’re logged in, you can go to https:\/\/mice.cs.columbia.edu\/cs-password-reset and fill in the required information.<\/p>\n

Using CLIC<\/h4>\n

$ ssh username@clic.cs.columbia.edu<\/code>
\n$ passwd<\/code>
\nEnter login(LDAP) password:<\/code>
\nRe-enter new password:<\/code>
\nLDAP password information changed for username<\/code>
\npasswd: password updated successfully<\/code><\/p>\n

Using Compute<\/h4>\n

$ ssh username@compute.cs.columbia.edu<\/code>
\n$ passwd<\/code>
\nEnter login(LDAP) password:<\/code>
\nRe-enter new password:<\/code>
\nLDAP password information changed for username<\/code>
\npasswd: password updated successfully<\/code><\/p>\n

WIN-CS Account<\/h3>\n

If you do not know your current WIN-CS account password, please contact crf@cs.columbia.edu.<\/p>\n

Using any WIN-CS domain computers<\/p>\n

  1. Login to any WIN-XP machine on the WIN-CS domain.<\/li>\n
  2. Press ctrl + alt + del to see Windows Security Screen.<\/li>\n
  3. Press “Change Password…” button.<\/li>\n
  4. Type your new password. (Make sure you are in “WIN-CS”)<\/li>\n
  5. Press “Okay” to make change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
