aperture: one tick below the two ticks that indicate 5.6
  quite open but bread is still dark at high angles. opening 
further is no option since already not everything is sharp at 
high viewing angles

i used the complete slice, since otherwise i might have to put 
tape on the size.

during position 1 i noticed that the images are not looking 
very sharp. i refocussed nut i don't know if it made a 
difference.
