sample 42 i wanted to do steel wool (anisotropic) but the images looked not good, all sorts of colored pixels and hardly any structure visible. we saw the same thing to a lesser extend also in the styrofoam. it seems that a videocamera is not a good device to image these kind of objects (yesterday we made a movie with Maria's christmas balls model texture and we saw the same thing: lots of colours that aren't there). So I will skip the steel wool. sample 42: ribbed cloth (anisotropic) aperture at 11 zoom at 1 tick above 60 parameters z=360 p=21 (odd high) l=166 roll angles 90 0 11:09am start measuring i noticed an error in one of the images (a white line somewhere). this is a camera/framegrabber mistake and it happens sometimes, so we should be aware of this in the processing 1:30pm finished i checked with the spotmeter, the beam is as homogeneous as it was. no need for action.
