aperture at 2 tick marks below 5.6
focus slightly adjusted because this sample is thicker.
white balance as before. (+5 red gain -15 blue gain)

Lamp calibration was done this evening with standard strips .
Filenames begin with sc1.pht
some repeats were done as tests... for example sc17.pht is the 
same as sc171.pht
