Biography

Young Jin Yoon received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Korea University, Seoul, Korea in 2006, and a M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University, New York, NY in 2008 and 2017, repectively.

His academic advisor was Prof. Luca Carloni. Young Jin's general research interests include network-on-chip design and its automation, computer architecture, parallel simulation, and statistical traffic modeling.

He was a teaching assistant of CSEE4824: Computer Architecture in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 fall.

He was a student member of the Gigascale Systems Research Center (GSRC), and Center for Future Architectures Research (C-FAR).
