| My
research involves the application of Computational models to Biological
sequence data: particularly DNA. Of late, I've been involved in
quantifying the genetic variation accross the whole genomes of Yeast
(S. Cerevisiae), Worms (C. Elegans) and Humans. The larger objectives
are to understand the order and mechanisms by which these changes
fixate in a population's DNA pool during the evolutionary process. |
