Hotel reservation
Sigmetrics has reserved a small block of hotel rooms at the conference hotel

double occupancy. Please contact the hotel directly at 1-800-526-2593 or
1-410-263-7777 to make the reservations and identify yourselves as part of the
Sigmetrics group to receive the group rate.

The hotel will honor the group rate for reservations in excess of the room block based on availability. As June is tourism season in Annapolis, it is advised that you make the reservations as early as possible.
Transportation
The closest major international airport is BWI (Baltimore Washington International), which is about 22 miles away. You can also come with the Train (Amtrak). Amtrak trains stop at the BWI station where you can conveniently connect to Annapolis by a shuttle service.
Visa requests
For the conference participants who need to apply for the visa to enter USA, the Association for Computing Machinery can issue a visa support letter. For visa support letters, please send all requests to Ms. Irene Frawley at frawley@hq.acm.org with the following information.
1. Name and mailing address as it appears on your passport
2. The name of the conference you wish to attend
3. Registration confirmation number
4. If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title
5. Fax number
