Submission Guidelines:
- The paper title, abstract, author list and affiliations must be
submitted by November 2, 2003. The full paper must
be submitted by November 7, 2003.
- Only original material not published or under review by any other
conference or journal may be submitted.
- Papers must not exceed 12 pages, using 9-point or
larger fonts, in double-column format. This page limit includes
everything: title, abstract, text, figures, tables, references,
appendices, etc. except as noted below. Papers must be submitted in
PDF format, and should be formatted to print satisfactorily on
letter size paper (8.5" X 11"). We recommend the use of the ACM SIG
Proceedings Templates.
Plots and
figures should be easily legible when printed on black-and-white
printers.
- All submissions will be reviewed using a double-blind review
process. The identity of the authors and referees will not be
revealed to each other. To ensure blind reviewing, authors' names
and affiliations MUST NOT appear in the paper; bibliographic
references must be made in such as way as to preserve author
anonymity.
Necessary references should not be omitted to provide
anonymity. Authors' own past work should be cited and discussed in
third person. For example, in a paper by John Doe:
Our work extends the models of Doe et al. [23] in which ...

If it is not possible to provide a third-person citation while
maintaining anonymity (for example, the reference is to a technical
report containing further details of the current work, such as
detailed proofs), the material may be appended to the submission as
a separate appendix, clearly marked to indicate that the material
will not appear in the final document, but will be cited and
publicly available. This addition will not count towards the page
limit.
