Abstract for group JPEG

We will build a photo viewer which can display 640*480 photo in JPEG format

Description:

1.This JPEG photo viewer can decode baseline JPEG (out of 14 JPEG formats) pictures.

2.Targeted JPEG image is pre-stored/ pre-downloaded in FPGA.

3.Decoder partition:

   3.1 VLD: Variable length decoding
   3.2 ZZ: ZigZag scan
   3.3 DQ: De-quantization
   3.4 IDCT: Integer inverse discrete cosine transformation
   3.5 Colorspace conversion: From YCbCr to RGB colorspace
   3.6 Re-ordering: Re-order the bitstream in a line-by-line fashion

4.Display the decoded photo onto VGA monitor.

5.(Optional) Add selectable photo effects if we have extra time.
