The Department of Justice versus Microsoft - December 1997.
Professor Stolfo provided a declaration as an expert witness on behalf of
The Computer and Communications Industry Association's
Amicus Brief in support of the US Government's Department of Justice
suit against Microsoft Corporation. The DOJ sued Microsoft claiming
that the Microsoft corporation was in violation of a 1995 signed consent
decree regarding the bundling of mulitple products with Windows 95.
