To download a YouTube flash video file:

1. Paste a URL in the text field.
2. Click the "Get Links" button.
3. With a URL that has embedded Flash video, links will appear.
4. Select and copy the desired flv filename.
5. Right click the link, choose "Save Link As" and save the file with the copied filename.
6. Adjust the filename if there is a conflict with filesystem reserved characters.
7. Enjoy!
