Cal-Code: Java code for CPL time-switches

Cal-code is a collection of Java classes which implement the logic underneath the CPL <time-switch> tag. This is the same as iCalendar's RRULE

It is available for download as a jar file. This jar includes the source, compiled classes, and documentation.
