CS6901-S03: Event Notification and Scheduling (ENAS)

Problem Statement

  • Modify SIP voiceXML server such that it can initiate a new call. Use this to support event notification and scheduling. Users can schedule events or reminders from web or phone, and the system notifies the user using one or more of the methods: email, phone, instant message. For a phone based notification, it should also allow further control like "snooze" and remind again after 4 hours.
