Goals for Teams

1. Provide an assessment of the situation at Columbia currently
2. Compare Columbia with other institutions
3. Assess Columbia at the national level
4. Set goals for topics of the team (e.g. tools, archiving, etc.)
5. Prioritize the goals in terms of:

   value to the user communities

   cost to Columbia

   intellectual content
