Due:

I.  Collect 2 tokens for each of the following presidential candidates
Barak Obama, Hillary Clinton, Mike Huckabee and John McCain, for a
total of 8 tokens:

1 token you perceive as charismatic
1 token you perceive as non-charismatic

with the following constraints:

a) There should be no self-identification (e.g. "Hi, I'm Barak Obama
and I'm running for president") in the utterance.  

b) The utterance should be 8-15sec long in .wav format, sampled at 16khz.

c) The recording should be clean (i.e. single speaker, no background
noise, no applause, no music, nothing that will interfere with pitch
tracking).

II. You should annotate the following for each utterance in the form provided:

a) Who is the speaker?
b) Do you think this utterance is charismatic or not?
c) Where and when did the utterance take place?
d) What were the circumstances?  (e.g. public speech, tv commercial, interview, debate, etc; give as much detail as possible.)
e) What was the broad topic of the token?
f) What is *your own* native language (i.e., the first language you learned as a baby)?

III.  You should also provide a full ToBI labeling for each utterance
(orthographic, tones (including HiF0), break index, and miscellanous
tiers), including, on the miscellaneous tier, time marks for all
disfluences in the speech, if any, and also indicate coughs or laughs.
