So, you wanna learn how to count too?
Obtaining a web counter can be done in one of three ways:
- If the organization with which you're publishing has a web counter program built into their web server, read their information page on how to do it--in this situation, you don't need to go outside for anything.
- If you have your own web server, you can download a counter program. Click here for a page on different web counter programs and sites!
- If neither of the above apply to you (this includes Columbia students), obtain a counter image from a counter server. Go to the Web Counter Home Page. There, you'll find detailed instructions on setting up your *own* counter! Cool!
