Alesis MicroVerb delay unit:  Use program 54 (mono delay); knob "Edit A"
sets the delay (displayed on the unit), knob "Edit B" (mix) should be
all the way to the left; "Mix" to right.

Use 16-bit audio sampling. Audio samples are interleaved left-right, in
big-endian (MSB first) order.
