My name is Gabriela
Felicia Cretu-Ciocarlie and I am a fifth year PhD student in Computer
Science at Columbia University in
the City of New York. I work in the Intrusion
Detection Systems Lab conducted by Prof. Salvatore Stolfo.
BIO
My
home town is a very nice ski resort in Romania, called Sinaia.
I graduated from Mihail Cantacuzino Highschool in Sinaia in 1998. That
year I moved to Bucharest where I attended the Politechnic University of Bucharest, School of Automatic Control and Computers
from where I graduated in 2003. Since then I did graduate studies at
University of California, at Santa Barbara and in Fall 2004 I became a PhD student at Columbia University.
