Initializes a new instance of the MethodDecl class.

Attributes (inherited from MemberDecl)	Gets or sets the modifier flags for this member (public, private etc).
Comments (inherited from MemberDecl)	Gets the collection of comments for this member.
CustomAttributes (inherited from MemberDecl)	Gets the collection of Custom Attributes used for this member (custom attributes are the ones declared between brackets, like [Flags]).
Definition	Gets the (scoped) definition.

Name	Gets or sets the name of the method. This may use dot syntax.
Parameters	Gets the collection of parameters for the method. Each of these hold information about the type, direction etc.
ReturnType	Gets or sets the return type of the method.
ReturnTypeCustomAttributes	Gets the collection of custom attributes that apply to the return type of the method.
Scope
Statements	Gets the collection of statements in the method.
UserData (inherited from CSharpGraph)	Gets or sets the user-definable data for the current object.

Equals (inherited from Object)	Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object.
GetHashCode (inherited from Object)	Serves as a hash function for a particular type, suitable for use in hashing algorithms and data structures like a hash table.
GetType (inherited from Object)	Gets the Type of the current instance.
ToString (inherited from Object)	Returns a String that represents the current Object.

Finalize (inherited from Object)	Allows an Object to attempt to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before the Object is reclaimed by garbage collection.
