CS Accounts Page


Only current Columbia faculties, staffs and students enrolled in Computer Science classes are entitled to CS accounts. All guests and alumni of Columbia University will need a sponsor in order to obtain CS accounts. Please note that your request will not be approved if you are not affiliated with the Department of Computer Science Department of Columbia University and we will not refund your application fee.


All accounts, CS, MICE, WIN-CS, that are inactive for more than 90 days will be deactivated.

Account sharing is a violation of University policy.

You may not, under any circumstances, permit another person to use your account. If we discover that you are sharing your CS account, we will terminate that account.


Non-creditcard payment WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This includes late TA appointments or faculty sponsorships, so be sure to confirm your status before paying.

Students enrolled in a class which requires a CS account may apply for one below. The cost of the account is $50 Credit Card (nonrefundable), payable through Kagi, an online payment processor.
