Departmental mail server is down
Departmental file servers are down
Web servers are down
Computer room is flooded
Power outage in the machine room
Air conditioning break-down in the machine room

You must send mail to CRF queue (crf@cs.columbia.edu), or call the CRF Hotline at 212-939-7174. Our working hours are 8:30AM to 6:00PM Monday to Friday.
