ISKANDARIYA, Iraq, Feb. 10 —

Just 12 hours after Saddam Hussein was captured yesterday, a car bomb exploded outside the police station in this town 60 miles west of Baghdad, and military officials said at least 17 people were killed and 33 wounded.

The hospital of Hilla received in the next half an hour 150 seriously injured patients. The three little girls were taken to T. C. Thompson Children's Hospital, also in Chattanooga, where they were treated and released Thursday night.

No more tormenters no more racists no more torturers no more bomber flying from Kirkuk to bomb our Kurdistan.

A series of newly sophisticated attacks by anti-American insurgents -- including a missile strike on a U.S. helicopter yesterday that killed more than a dozen troops, the deadliest single attack since U.S. forces invaded Iraq in March -- has made the administration's claims of progress look shaky, at least in the short run.

A powerful suicide car bomb exploded Sunday morning at the main gate of the American occupation headquarters here, killing at least 20 people and wounding 60 others, military officials said. A South Kohala patrol officer was wounded Wednesday (January 10, 2001) by a male suspect wielding a large knife before officers could subdue the assailant and arrest him.

Arasi confirmed today that warships from the Human armada that invaded the Zethi Vyaxana Region were chased away from the K'lyamat quarantine area by fast reacting units of the Republic Fleet. TIlE TECHI office was filled, and the crowd surged hither and thither, utterly oblivious of the fact that a private office was being invaded, that the files and exchanges were not to (1o up bundles in, that the uniforms, moreover, were not with moral right to be stolen.

At least five patrol cars surrounded his truck, he says, and at least seven officers got out and pointed guns and rifles at him. Raqib complained as he quickly ran across the sand.

The situation in Ecuador unfortunately turned ugly when an angry mob surrounded the radio station and burned it to the ground. That would only make people angrier, and I do not want more trouble. When two Italians in the group attempted to restrain the official, another policeman threw large stones at the westerners and hit them with his electric cattle prod.

A cameraman inside a Goodyear blimp was injured when the airship came loose from its moorings, drifted into a parked truck and nose-dived into a fertilizer pile beside a plant nursery. The officer quickly backed away from that "offer."

Tears filled His eyes as He saw His friends His companions, one by one, run away: "Where do These People Get Their (Unoriginal) Ideas? They were hungry and you gave them to eat...,they were naked and you clothed them. The Neighbors Who Put Food on Your Table Need Your Help."

Flowen landed on the ground behind him and G Silver's head suddenly fell to the ground, seconds later his body exploded.

"Maha Abu-Dayyeh Shamas addresses participants gathered at the Library of Congress for the conference "A World of Women for World Peace," held on May 9, 2002 (Photo: Joan Dunayer)," he said. "We saw two smoke trails following us and they vanished after a little bit, after a couple of seconds.. I was strongly encouraged to get an abortion and told that "there were
already too many bodies on this planet"."

Well, it definitely wasn't my Dad coming home from work early - he was a Highway Patrolman and would have been wearing his uniform., "Wave's Howes determined to stay on attack." Should

Asian groups have led the charge against the proposed elimination of slots for adult children and brothers and sisters of US citizens 21 and older--1.3 million or 54 percent of the 2.4 million persons on immigration waiting lists are reportedly from Asia, including 500,0000 from the Philippines (Asia has 60 percent of the world's population). http://www.unhurt.org/

The front wall of the yellow-brick police station was shorn off in the incident, which happened just after 9 a.m. in this town 25 miles south of Baghdad. Glass was shattered around the area and an overturned white sedan was blackened, indicating that it had been set afire by the blast.

American troops sealed off the area around the station immediately after the incident and at first refused to allow journalists near the blast site.

A spokeswoman for the coalition press information center in Baghdad, Master Sgt. Sonja Whittington of the Air Force, said no coalition forces had been killed or wounded. She said members of the 82nd Airborne Division were aiding local officials and that American medical personnel were helping take the wounded to hospitals.

Insurgents have mounted a string of vehicle and suicide bombings in recent weeks. The deadliest was in the northern city of Erbil on Feb. 1, when two bombers blew themselves up at two Kurdish political party offices. A total of 109 people were killed.

On Jan. 18, a car bomb exploded near the main gate to the American-led coalition's headquarters in Baghdad, killing the driver and at least 31 Iraqis who were among 200 people lining up to enter the building to begin their workday.

The worst previous car bombing before the Erbil attack occurred Aug. 29 outside a mosque in the Shiite Muslim holy city of Najaf, killing more than 85 people, including the Shiite leader Ayatollah Mohammed Baqir al-Hakim.
