DONE In the RPID draft, Table 1 shows <device-id> as only appearing as a child
of <tuple>.  Is this correct?  The Presence Data Model draft has this
appearing in <device> as well, to associate services with devices.

DONE Also, the element name appears as <device-id> in the table, but later in
the draft (and elsewher), is is <deviceID>.

I was just about to update my presence relax ng schema i-d (which
contain similar but stricter schemas with relaxng) and I realized that
due to some IESG comments/additions some inconsistencies exist within
cipid and rpid.

DONE: The same should be applied to rpid examples as well.  In rpid there's an
added comment about possible multiple <note> and <other> elements. 
However, the cardinalities aren't right in the schema, i.e. 
maxOccurs="unbounded" are missing from their declarations.

I'll hope that these fixes can be done during the author's 48 hours.  If
you'd like to have full updates to schemas/example instance docs I could
send them too.  And btw.  feel free to use this schema validation tool
<http://validate.openlaboratory.net/>.
