Editing MICE Course and Track Records

  • To view and edit your course record information, log on to MICE and select "My status" from the "Students" menu:

MICE My Status 1
  • The "My status" page shows your student status, your course record, and other program information.
  • You can delete planned courses, edit course labels, manage imported courses, view the status of waiver requests, and see a record of automated emails:
MICE My Status 2

MICE My Status 3
  • To edit a course, click on its pencil edit icon.
    • You can change which course component that course is counted for.
    • If a course does not count towards your degree (e.g. it's an undergraduate-level pre-requisite course), you can change its status to reflect this:
MICE My Status 4
  • MICE records are updated periodically to reflect the latest grades and registration information.
    • Because of this, your MICE course record may not be totally up-to-date at any one time - no need to panic, it will be updated shortly.
    • Your official SSOL account is the most up-to-date record of your courses and grades.
  • Any course shaded blue indicates that it does not count towards your M.S. degree program
    • E.g., if you were an undergraduate at Columbia, your COMS courses may appear on your MICE record:
MICE My Status 5
