How to obtain Microsoft Vista
Please note: The Windows Vista Distribution is
limited to CS users ONLY.
NOT DISTRIBUTE COPIES.
DO NOT COPY OVER THE
NETWORK you will cause serious congestion and your account will
be suspended.
1. Obtain the Windows Vista License key from MSDNAA MSDNAA link (MSDNAA website only works
properly in Windows Internet Explorer) You must have a
valid CS account to log into MSDNAA.
2. Please bring five blank CDs to the MR Lab. Copies of the MS Vista iso's
are located on all the
MRL PC's at the root of the c:\ ->
Windows_Vista folder.
From Windows XP, you can burn the five CDs from
the distributed iso files using a small utility to burn from the PCs
called
ISO Recorder v2.
